Event Details

At the February Huddle,  we'll be focusing on the "Execution" question of the Gazelles Growth Model, in specific Sales Force Execution.  Another title for the huddle might be "The Habits of Highly Effective Sales Forces."   

Is your sales force highly effective?  What are the habits that make a sales force effective?  Does your organization have those habits?  If your sales force is effective, what habits could you add to make them super effective. 

This isn't about making an effective sales call. It's about getting the right sales people, saying the right things to the right customers in the most efficient and effective manner.  For Owner and Sales Management Only.
